Sleeping capacity

• Sleeps 4 adults on 1 queen-size mattress on the ground floor and 2 single mattresses on the upper floor. It can accommodate an additional 1 person with the rental of an extra single mattress for PHP 300

Hosting capacity

• The maximum hosting capacity is extended to 7 persons for larger gatherings. If your party exceeds this limit, kindly consider renting an additional kubo or one with a larger capacity.

• 😴 Sleeps 4 adult guests comfortably.
• 1 queen-size bed provided on the ground floor, complete with standard-sized pillows, throw pillows, and bedding.
• 2 single mattresses provided on the upper floor
• Equipped with air-cooler or fans; no air-conditioning.
• The upper floor is covered in traditional "Banig," providing a comfortable sleeping surface.
• The upper floor can accommodate an extra single mattress with pillows (1 standard + 1 throw) and bedding for an additional fee of PHP 300.

• Enjoy the convenience of an attached toilet and shower
• Includes essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, and shower gel.

• Unwind and dine on the terrace featuring uninterrupted ocean vistas, complete with an outdoor dining table and chairs.
• Features a 4-seater dining table
• Offers ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people
• Additional chairs are available upon request

• Equipped with an unfurnished kitchen for your convenience.
• It provides ample space to prepare food for your stay.
• Cutleries are available upon request; however, we do not permit cooking inside the kubo due to fire hazards.

• Generously spacious offering breathtaking ocean views.

• Welcome & toiletry kits 
• An outdoor grill is provided for each of our Kubos. Charcoal is available for sale at our Welcome Hut.

• Guests are permitted to bring their own food and drinks, free of charge.
• Pets are welcome.
• 🚫 No smoking inside the Kubo.
• 🚫 No indoor cooking allowed.
• 🚫 Please refrain from placing pots and pans on our dining table to prevent any potential damage to the furniture.
• 🚫 We DO NOT allow overcrowding of our kubo due to safety concerns.
• 🚫 No karaoke and loudspeakers allowed in the Kubo (Sound travels within our spaces, and we want all our guests to have a quiet and relaxing stay).
• 🚫 We do not allow our mattresses to be taken outside of the bedroom.
• We only allow music to be played in our dining hall. If there's an acoustic band performing, the cut-off time is at 10 PM.
