Things to know before your visit

All deposits are non‑refundable, except in cases involving amenity issues, operational concerns, or unforeseen calamities.

Please observe our designated check‑in and check‑out times. This helps our staff properly prepare your space before arrival and ensures timely cleaning and setup for the next guests.

Parking is available along the roadside. Guests are kindly asked to park on the side of the road closest to the resort and to do so in an orderly manner. As parking is roadside, please make sure your vehicles are properly locked at all times. The area is well lit and monitored by CCTV; however, the resort is not liable for any damages, loss, or related issues.

Our kitchen operates only during working hours. If you have specific requests, please inform us in advance so we can check availability and do our best to accommodate your needs.

The shoreline is naturally rocky and has corals. For your safety and comfort, we strongly recommend wearing aqua shoes or slippers when walking or swimming.

We promote a peaceful and respectful environment. Excessive drinking is discouraged, and any disruptive behavior—including loud noise or aggression—may be reported to local authorities.

To maintain a calm atmosphere, karaoke and loud music are not encouraged. Noise should be kept to a minimum, and any music must be turned down or turned off by 10:00 p.m.

Please note that the shoreline is open, and stray dogs may occasionally pass through the area. These animals are not owned or controlled by the resort.

While we strive to provide consistent electricity, water, and internet, occasional interruptions may occur due to our location outside Prieto Diaz Centro. Service restoration may take time, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
